Arthur B Levy DMD
Born in Newark, New Jersey Dr. Levy spent three years at the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland followed by four years at Fairleigh S. Dickinson University School of Dental Medicine. Awarded a DMD degree in 1971. He spent the next year back at the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center (where he was born) as a General Dental Resident followed by two years back in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia as a Prosthodontic Officer in the United States Air Force stationed at Bolling Air Force Base in Washington, DC. Upon completion of his tour of duty, Dr. Levy returned to New Jersey in 1974 and opened his own practice, back in Newark, in 1976. Dr. Levy joined the Faculty at FDU School of Dental Medicine to teach new, upcoming Dentists in Sept. 1976. During the next 13 years he taught part time and built his dental practice that has subsequently moved to its present location in beautiful Chester, New Jersey. As a Faculty member and early adopter of Laser technology, Dr. Levy has lectured worldwide on a wide variety of topics. He was instrumental in and a founding member of the Metropolitan Academy of Laser Dentistry, a Charter Member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry as well as a 30 yr member of tha American Dental Association.
